Software Sales and Partner Relationship Manager

AccessAlly is looking for a Software Sales and Partner Relationship Manager to work alongside a fun, creative, and loving business strategist in our rapidly growing company, based in Aubrey, TX.

This is a full-time employee position, beginning with a sixty-day trial to ensure a good fit. While this is a virtual, work-from-home position, it is not short-term. Some of the things you’ll be expected to take charge of include: reaching out to our integration partners to build relationships and perform live software demos; answering pre-sale questions and guiding potential customers to the right solutions; evangelizing product features; helping integration partner sales teams refer clients and answering their questions; working as an integral part of the team to educate and sell the software products our customers will love.

Your role and tasks will expand and change as the company evolves and grows. This is an entrepreneurial environment and things move quickly!

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The core of this position centers around selling our membership plugin product to inbound customers who have questions and fostering outbound long-term relationships with our integration partners and their employees. Here are some of the specifics of the role:

  • Initiate relationships and schedule company visits for our integration partners, and follow-up to keep our software top of mind as a tool to recommend.
  • Respond in a timely manner to customer pre-sale questions, whether that means jumping on the phone or answering through written communication to help them make a decision to buy if it’s right for them.
  • Hold live video demonstration screen-sharing webinars for potential customers, certified partners, and integration partner employees, to explain how the system works and increase sales.
  • Foster long-term relationships with customers to retain and grow our customer base.
  • Perform with grace under pressure and maintain stamina and friendliness even when dealing with confused customers or hard-to-reach integration partner employees.
  • Work independently with minimal daily oversight, while also contributing to and collaborating with a close-knit team.
  • Identify, brainstorm, and initiate opportunities to improve or expand our partner outreach and relationship building, as well as our inbound sales processes.
  • Answer questions across relevant Facebook communities, to keep us top of mind in the industry and show your expertise in our software.
  • Spot trends in client communication for feature requests or other improvements we can make as a company to serve our clients better.

 

QUALITIES AND SKILLS WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
  • College degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 3+ years experience in a technology related sales, business development, and partnership growth role
  • Self-starting, highly motivated
  • Strong inbound and outbound sales approach and relationship building ability
  • Confident on the phone and presenting on video with prospects and employees
  • Excellent writing and interpersonal skills
  • Tactful, positive, upbeat communication
  • Software sales experience with a technical aptitude to easily pick up new tools and explain them simply (WordPress experience a plus!)
  • Analytical and focused on improving metrics
  • Familiarity with the Nathalie Lussier brand and AccessAlly products (being a customer/user is a major plus!)

PAY:

To Be Determined. Offering a base salary with a commission based on sales performance.

LOCATION:

You can be located anywhere, as long as we’re in compatible timezones to have calls. Living in the central USA makes it easier to fly to both coasts to for events and relationship building, but it’s not a must.

You’re stoked that you get to flex your techy muscles, and spend your days connecting with smart and motivated individuals.

Plus, you get to watch the sales come in and cheer on these new AccessAlly clients as they perform their launches and scale their businesses.
