At one point this year, I was looking to go back to my old LMS because so many things were difficult to figure out. Then Kimberly started the Tune-ups.
It has been a huge factor in me sticking it out with AccessAlly. I know when I am ready to add gamification and the member directory if I get stuck, I just have to wait at most a few weeks until the next tune-up to ask a question.
