I purchased AccessAlly without really knowing a lot about it. I wanted to develop a membership site that integrated well with Infusionsoft. Trusting the quality of the content and the website I saw from Nathalie Lussier I decided to purchase the plugin even though my programmer was not familiar with it.
I have nothing but good experiences to share about it. I am not a techie gal and was not about to become one. I had two people who helped me set up the site which uses one of Nathalie’s included templates because we started with a shoe string budget.
My programmer who is not an English-speaking person had troubles along the way and we always found tech support to be very responsive. They guided me with precise answers and solutions that made my membership site a dream to work with.
