Clayton uses Accessally’s Private Notes feature to communicate with each individual client. He uploads their coaching sessions and audio files to the Private Notes.
Clients can pop a question in a Private Note and Clayton will get notified. He can communicate back and forth with his clients easily on his phone or his laptop.
Olivia, who is the tech wizard behind The Congruent Mystic’s website, loves the fact that she can tell where each user is in their journey.
She’s been loving the tagging and automation features of AccessAlly. She knows exactly where a user is on their journey depending on what tags they have.
Tags can also give (or remove) access to Offerings instantly. Sometimes, Clayton and Olivia want to give people free access to a course. Normally, they would’ve given a coupon, which would require the members to input this in themselves.
But with AccessAlly’s tagging feature, no additional work needs to be done by your members. Olivia can give an access tag to whichever member she chooses.
This is important for her because it’s no extra work for her members – she wants the user experience for members to be as seamless and easy as possible.
